We believe a fully equipped kitchen is essential for a relaxing holiday, just like a dining table where everyone has their place. Our guests love the kitchen as the heart of the apartment.
Right next to it, you’ll find the TV corner with a large sofa and a 55″ Smart TV – a perfect spot to put your feet up and unwind.

Our two bedrooms can accommodate 2–4 guests each. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm wide) and a bunk bed for up to two people. The second bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Alternatively, the living room sofa can quickly be converted into a bed.
Even the little ones are welcome: we provide up to two baby cots for our guests.

To start your day early, the apartment has two bathrooms – each equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating.
You’ll also find pleasantly scented shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap from Jean & Len, as well as toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer.
Around the apartment
The holiday apartment is located on the first floor – accessible by stairs – and is the only holiday apartment in the building. It comes with a large balcony, accessible from both the bedrooms and the living room, offering seating and a stunning view.
On the ground floor, there’s a daytime café, Pyramidencafe, open Friday to Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., where Wally serves her famous homemade cakes.
Right next to the house, you’ll find a ping-pong table, a lawn for sunbathing, and a large playground.

The apartment is ideally located for nature lovers. You can start hiking directly from the house, and we’re happy to help plan your routes. In winter, ski lifts in Percha or Reischach are just a few minutes drive away, taking you up to the modern Kronplatz for skiing or snowboarding. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the building.

We are almost exactly halfway between the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Seceda. Driving times from the apartment:
