We believe a fully equipped kitchen is essential for a relaxing holiday, just like a dining table where everyone has their place. Our guests love the kitchen as the heart of the apartment.
Right next to it, you’ll find the TV corner with a large sofa and a 55″ Smart TV – a perfect spot to put your feet up and unwind.

Our two bedrooms can accommodate 2–4 guests each. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm wide) and a bunk bed for up to two people. The second bedroom has a double bed and a double sofa bed.
Alternatively, the living room sofa can quickly be converted into a bed.
Even the little ones are welcome: we provide up to two baby cots for our guests.

To start your day early, the apartment has two bathrooms – each equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating.
You’ll also find pleasantly scented shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap from Jean & Len, as well as toilet paper, towels, and a hairdryer.
Around the apartment
The holiday apartment is located on the first floor – accessible by stairs – and is the only holiday apartment in the building. It comes with a large balcony, accessible from both the bedrooms and the living room, offering seating and a stunning view.
On the ground floor, there’s a daytime café, Pyramidencafe, open Friday to Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., where Wally serves her famous homemade cakes.
Right next to the house, you’ll find a ping-pong table, a lawn for sunbathing, and a large playground.

How much does The Nest cost per night?
From €285 per night. You can see the exact price for your dates directly in the booking calendar – booking direct means the best price with no commission.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 8 guests: 85 m² with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are very welcome. We just ask you to bring your own pet bed and food bowls. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, your four-legged friends are not allowed on the beds or the sofa (textiles).
Is the final cleaning included?
Yes, the final cleaning is included in the price.
Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, we provide up to two baby cots.
How far is the Kronplatz ski area?
About 10 minutes by car to the lifts in Percha or Reischach. Free parking at Kronplatz is included, and a bus stops right in front of the house.

The apartment is ideally located for nature lovers. You can start hiking directly from the house, and we’re happy to help plan your routes. In winter, ski lifts in Percha or Reischach are just a few minutes drive away, taking you up to the modern Kronplatz for skiing or snowboarding. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the building.
